Q: Is there a waiting list?
A: Yes. Please email us for contact details. There are separate waiting lists for each section. In Bradway, it is important for parents to make sure that girls are down on both the Brownie and Rainbow waiting lists. Please email us for details.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Girls currently pay a subscription which is currently £15 per term. This covers the cost of rent, equipment, administration costs and insurance. There are additional costs for trips, certain activities and uniform.
Q: Where can I find further information about Rainbows, Brownies or Guides?
A: The Girlguiding UK website provides information about the various sections.
Q: Where can I buy uniform?
A: Uniform can be bought at SGS outdoors, Trippet Lane, either in person at the shop or online. Uniform can alo be bought online from Guiding Essentials. Please see the links page for the web address.
Q: Do the girls have to wear uniform?
A: Yes, Girlguiding UK is a uniformed organisation. Girls are expected to wear uniform to meetings and church parade.
